Insignia’s Newsletter feature allows the user to upload a newsletter to the system and send it out to patrons via email.
Navigate to Administration > Library Setting > Newsletter
Select Edit
Select Add
Upload the newsletter as a PDF document and fill in relevant information like the email subject line by selecting on the columns.
Select Save
The Insignia system will then run a process every night and if the current date matches the Newsletter Date, it will send an email out to all patrons and include the PDF as an attachment.
